Well-designed hotel in a very convenient area near the Central Railway station where the most of the Buses from the airports are transferring the passengers, metro, railway and bus, which is great and underground. Reasonably clean hotel with very amiable staff and magnificent location short walk to the airport, the Central Railway station where the most of the Buses from the airports are transferring the passengers, and 3 different metro stations on different lines.

Well-organised units with aircon and a large double bed plus bedroom, and the staff were extremely helpful. Had nice decoration.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with our check-in time. The room we stayed in was spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom was surprisingly clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with a short 6-minute walk to the central train station and shuttle bus stop.

The room was a bit small and lacked enough space to put our luggages. The breakfast included was not satisfying as we were only allowed to take one small croissant or cake, so we had to pay extra to buy food from outside stores.

I booked it many times and would be happy to recommend. My room included Wi-Fi and coffee. There was a clean. All the stuff was sincere and outstandingly accommodating, tackled my issues.

Being so close to the central train station makes it convenient for those arriving or departing from Milan. the hotel is near other forms of public transportation, such as metro and bus stops, making it easy to explore the city.

One negative aspect is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, particularly those located next to shared bathrooms or common areas. This can make it challenging for light sleepers to get a good night's rest due to noise disturbances.

We had a very good stay with good value for money.

Double room with bath accommodated us perfectly. The decor was nice and the staff were exceptionally nice and gentle.
